Caroline Dunleavy, MA, MAR

Director of Strategy Management

Caroline A. Dunleavy currently serves as Director of Strategy Management at Episcopal Community Services. This position was newly-created in 2013 to leverage her strengths and experience in agency operations, quality improvement and project management. She has held positions of progressively greater responsibility within the organization for over 10 years. Caroline is a seasoned nonprofit and church professional who began her career in the reinsurance industry. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Theology (Th.D.) at La Salle University. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from Muhlenberg College, a Master of Arts in Government from Lehigh University, and a Master of Arts in Religion (MAR) from The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. She is a Music Minister in the United Church of Christ and serves on the Development Committee of the Evangelical and Reformed Historical Society in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Caroline and her teenage son live in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
