Lindsay Albright, MSW, LSW

Chief Talent Officer

Lindsay Albright joined ECS in 2015 as Chief Talent Officer, specializing in talent development and organizational strategy. Prior to joining ECS, Lindsay spent seven years as a management consultant with TCC Group, focusing on nonprofit strategy and organizational development. Lindsay began her career in direct service at StreetSquash, an out of school organization in Harlem, New York where she held the positions of academic director and, later, program director. She holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice and a bachelor of arts from Brown University. She also holds certificates from Columbia University’s Middle Management Program for Youth Service Organizations, and the Department of Human Services and Hall-Mercer in Child Protective Services and Child Development. In addition, Lindsay is a board member with Public Citizens for Children and Youth and a member of Friends of Jackson. Both organizations are nonprofits focused on youth, advocacy and community in the Philadelphia region.
