Arley Styer, MSS, MLSP

Chief of Programs

Arley Styer was appointed Chief of Programs in June 2017 where she has oversight of ECS programs and leads the integration and implementation of the Prosperity Model throughout all programs. She has over 10 years’ experience in human services, most recently as ECS’ Director of Youth and Workforce Development Initiatives, where she introduced and oversaw various workforce development programs. Prior to joining ECS in 2013, Arley served in both direct and administrative roles at various organizations in the local nonprofit sector, including The Philadelphia Youth Network, where she designed and implemented programs and capacity-building initiatives for more than 60 youth service providers and 4,800 youth in Philadelphia. As a Stoneleigh Fellow with the Education Law Center, Arley conducted research on the educational experiences of children taught at residential placements in Pennsylvania. Arley holds a Master of Social Service and a Master of Law and Social Policy from the Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ursinus College. A life-long resident of Philadelphia, Arley resides in Manayunk. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and partaking in the local brunch scene.
