After 16 years in the healthcare industry at Independence Blue Cross and Health Partners Plans, with a rigorous background in sales and compliance, Ms. Osborne joined ECS as Assistant Director of Development, Parish Relations and Individual Giving.
As a founding member of ECS’ Young Friends Circle, a Young Friend of Dress for Success-Philadelphia chapter, and a member of Episcopal Diocese Anti-Racism Commission, Ms. Osborne was elated at the idea and opportunity to translate her avocations into a career that intentionally gives back. An alumna of Rosemont College, Ms. Osborne attributes a large part of her success to her parochial education which shaped her commitment to a servant-leader lifestyle.
She’s a cradle Episcopalian and life-long member of St. George St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, the birthplace of St. Barnabas Mission. Born and raised in Philadelphia, she’s excited to use her Episcopalian roots and sales background to assist in strengthening relationships with parishes. When she’s not recharging at home in Delaware County with her 2-year-old dog Rogue, she also serves as a newly appointed co-chair of Schuylkill Deanery’s health committee; and a long-time member of the Order of the Daughters of the King, St. Cyprian Chapter (the order is the extension of Christ’s Kingdom through Prayer, Service, and Evangelism).
