Bobby Pierson

Director of Marketing and Communications

Bobby Pierson is a seasoned communications professional who is equal parts creative, strategic, and analytical. Passionate about—and motivated by—doing good work well, he found his niche in practicing his craft to fight for social justice and in helping those around him.

For ten years, Bobby has lent his talents to, learned from, and grown through other roles with Nelson Worldwide and Visit Philadelphia, the City of Philadelphia’s official tourism marketing agency. Additionally, he serves on working and board committees of local arts organizations. Some include the Da Vinci Art Alliance and The Clay Studio.

A Philadelphia native (once removed), Bobby studied Communications and Political Science at Alvernia University. His degree was lamented at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars in Washington D.C.

In his spare time, he enjoys cooking and hosting friends and family for dinner parties, flea market flips, comedy, and pottery. He and his partner reside in the Bella Vista neighborhood of South Philadelphia.

He welcomes all media inquiries and emails from those seeking restaurant recommendations.
