Caroline Dunleavy, MA, MAR

Director of Strategy Management

Caroline A. Dunleavy currently serves as Director of Strategy Management at Episcopal Community Services. This position was newly-created in 2013 to leverage her strengths and experience in agency operations, quality improvement, and project management. From 2016 to present, Caroline has focused on operationalizing ECS’s new Inclusion and Advocacy department. She has held positions of progressively greater responsibility within the organization for over 10 years. Caroline is a seasoned nonprofit and church professional who began her career in the reinsurance industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from Muhlenberg College, a Master of Arts in Government from Lehigh University, and a Master of Arts in Religion (MAR) from United Lutheran Seminary (formerly The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia). Caroline is an active member of the United Church of Christ, serving as a Music Minister, member of the Budget and Finance Committee of the Pennsylvania Southeast Conference, Co-Chair of the Development Committee of the Evangelical and Reformed Historical Society, and frequent contributor to UCC Roots, a monthly electronic publication of the national United Church of Christ Historical Council. Caroline is the proud parent of a young adult son, Aidan.
