Lindsay Albright joined ECS in 2015 as Chief Talent Officer, specializing in talent development and organizational strategy. In May 2017, she became Chief Operating Officer with HR, IT, Facilities, Quality Improvement, Strategy, and Compliance Monitoring under her purview. Prior to joining ECS, Lindsay spent seven years as a management consultant with TCC Group, focusing on nonprofit strategy and organizational development. Lindsay began her career in direct service at StreetSquash, an out of school time organization in Harlem, New York where she held the positions of academic director and, later, program director. She holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice and a bachelor of arts from Brown University. Lindsay is a certified professional coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. In addition, Lindsay’s nonprofit board leadership work includes board positions with Public Citizens for Children and Youth and with Working Families Partnership. Both organizations are nonprofits focused on improving the lives of children and families in the Philadelphia region through effective advocacy and community engagement efforts. Lindsay lives in South Philly with her husband, their two young boys, and two middle-aged cats.
